RSM Tree Services is a trading name of RSM Service Group Limited, company number 16283913, registered in England and Wales. This policy explains how personal data may be handled when you use this public website or contact us.

Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, enquiry details, site information, photographs and information needed to discuss or quote tree work.
The public website does not contain a local contact, quotation, upload, registration or newsletter form. Quote requests are redirected to the separate RSM Services Hub at rsmhub.co.uk/tree-quote. The public website does not receive the quote form submission before that redirect.
3. Contact channels
You may choose to contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or social-platform links. When you choose an external service, that provider may process your information under its own privacy policy.
4. How we use information
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss requested work, prepare or administer quotations, arrange work, maintain business records, handle complaints and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, the lawful basis may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent where consent is genuinely applicable.
5. Sharing and providers
Information may be shared with service providers involved in hosting, information technology, communications or the separate RSM Services Hub quotation journey where necessary. The Hub is a separate application and may have its own privacy information. We do not sell personal data.
External providers such as WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube may process data when you choose to use their services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Cookies and technical data
The public website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded maps, video embeds, reCAPTCHA, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity. The site uses locally served fonts and assets.
Laravel session and CSRF cookies are not required for the current stateless public GET pages. If technical cookies or server logs are used by the hosting environment, they may include IP address, user-agent and request information for security and operation.
